What is Blogger?

Blogger is a free blog platform.  Anyone who wants to make a website can do so for free, just by signing up.

Who is Blogger For?

Essentially, anyone who wants to create their own blog or website and knows nothing about HTML and doesn't care to is a good Blogger candidate.   It's like a website on training wheels because you need to know nothing to start and you can learn as you go along.

Of course, even advanced webmasters like Blogger because they are so quick and easy to run and set up.  Not only that, but Google tends to be biased towards them (I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact it owns Blogger) and will index them quickly.  They are great as "mini-sites" if you'd like to  set one up quickly to target a specific topic.
